Spacious room with two double beds and a sofa bed, perfect for three people and luggage. Convenient location near Haneda airport, with easy access to local bus and train stations. Breakfast buffet offers a mix of Japanese and American options. Despite being situated in a red light district, the area is surprisingly quiet. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a popular tonkatsu stall.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-7 minute walk from the train stations, making it easy to travel to and from various destinations in the area. It is also close to Haneda airport, which is convenient for those with early or late flights. In the surrounding area, there are plenty of options for dining, including an Italian restaurant called "Salvatore" that offers delicious meals.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and polite, always willing to assist with any queries. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the view from my room on the 12th floor, it was quite impressive. The hotel also offers free wifi, which was fast and reliable. a comfortable stay with good value for money.

The only minor issue I had was with the size. The room and bathroom could have been a little bigger, but considering Japan's micro-scale, it's not surprising.

Stayed for Haneda airport, wish we could explore more. Helpful staff, arranged wake-up call and taxi. Value deal price, luxury compared to hostel.
